| RUTGERS: Rutgers will have a completely new look in 2016, as Chris Ash takes over as head coach. The major question heading into the season is how well the offense will transition into the power spread. | | WASHINGTON: The Huskies have a young and hungry QB in Jake Browning, who gained valuable experience after winning the starting job as a true freshman. The defense had a great season last year, only allowing 18.8 ppg. Look for Washington to emerge as the team to beat in the Pac-12 in 2016.
