| CHARLOTTE: Charlotte had a tough first season in FBS in 2015, ending the year on a 10-game losing streak during which they had only one win against the spread. The team will try to overcome uncertainty at quarterback with a running game led by senior RB Kalif Phillips, who earned second-team all-conference honors despite missing the final three games with a knee injury.
| | LOUISVILLE: QB Lamar Jackson is one of the nation's most electrifying players, which he showed by running for 226 yards and throwing for 227 more in last year's Music City Bowl. The defense is led by First Team All-ACC ILB Keith Kelsey and OLB Devonte Fields. |
