| TROY: Troy had a top-25 D in 2016, and the team returns seven key starters from that unit. The Trojans should be relentless on that side of the ball
again, and the offense isn't too shabby either. QB Brandon Silvers can make all the throws, but the team does need to run the ball better. | | BOISE ST: QB Brett Rypien threw for 3,646 yards with 24 TD and only 8 INT last season. He's one of the best signal callers in the MWC, and he should only get better in Year 3. The offense is not the problem, though. This defense is returns just four starters, so it might struggle to get stops. |
